Recent Projects

• One of our most recent projects was the construction of Reyes Group Ltd’s new headquarters. This project consisted of two buildings totaling 18,000 s.f. and a functional contractor’s yard.
• Working with Ragnar Benson/Reyes Group Ltd. Joint Venture on a $32 million Metra project to construct a main rail line extension, new commuter stations, parking lots, various buildings and a complete rail layover yard. The project is located in Geneva – Elburn, IL
• Another Joint Venture project with Kiewit Western Company on the CTA, Dan Ryan Red Line Improvement Project, consisting of new and rehabbed stations, new electrical upgrades and associated work.
• Commercial projects included International Produce Market located at Wolcott and Blue Island Road in Chicago. Reyes Group’s scope of work consisted of 90,000 s.f. of 8'' pavement for the docks, concrete on metal deck for the mezzanines and barrier curbs for the interior coolers.
• O’Hare International Airport projects include the Oil Separator and the North and South Airfield Drainage Improvement projects with Meccon, TJ Lambrecht, Rossi Contractors and Lindahl Brothers Inc. Reyes Group work consisted of installation of concrete drainage structures, headwalls, drainage structures, headwalls, reinforced enclosures and over 350,000 s.f. of concrete revetment cable mat.
