Subcontractor to FCL Builders to develop a site for a New Cargo Facility at O’Hare Airport, consists of installation of storm sewers, junction chambers, structures, sanitary sewer and water main; excavation; demolition of existing utilities; and restoration of roadways. Work was performed airside and landside.
