A joint venture with Kiewit Construction Co., provided power, signal and communication upgrades for more than nine miles of the Red Line from Cermak-Chinatown to 95th Street. Work included replacing special track, building two new substations and rehabilitating two, renovating seven stations all while maintaining service to the CTA's busiest rail line. Reyes Group Ltd., as part of the Joint Venture Agreement, was directly responsible for the General Supervision of the following portion of the contract totaling $38 million over a three and one half year period:
